Jared Soinila-CEO/Creative Director
Substance Abuse Counselor/Musician
Jared was born and raised in Mendocino County and dreamed of one day building a Community Center on the 101 corridor for music, comedy, and the arts. He now works at Lucky Deuce as a substance abuse counselor by day and podcasts on Art Revolution and runs Mendo Utopia by night and weekends.
Sid Cooperider-Secretary
Sid previously owned The Ukiah Brewing Company in downtown Ukiah with his family for years. He currently works in the hotel industry and has worked in IT, graphic design and music production his entire life. He is an artist who recently published a coloring book with his free-hand drawn geometric designs and he is talented guitar player.
Nicholas Fong-Wah Frey
Nicholas Frey-Chief Executive Financial Officer
Nicholas was raised in Mendocino County and graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara. He has worked with numerous Nonprofit Organizations in his college years and now works at his family’s Organic Winery helping with marketing and winemaking.
Sandra Berman-Board Member
Sandra graduated from University of Michigan and is a mother of 2. She works alongside her husband organic farming in Redwood Valley at Moon Gazer Farms and sits on numerous community boards.
